The key benefit of mediation is that it can avoid expensive court proceedings and possibly provide a relatively quick method of achieving a satisfactory outcome. It is an alternative dispute resolution path to that of traditional Court-based proceedings.

Whether you need to recover money or defend a claim either way it is far easier, cheaper and quicker for that to be resolved by following a dispute resolution procedure set out in your contract than by having to conduct Court proceedings.

Our contracts require the parties to meet to resolve the dispute. If the matter can’t be settled an Arbitrator can be appointed to make a decision.
