Jenna Long – Paralegal

Jenna is currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Criminology at Edith Cowan University and will graduate in November 2025 with Honors.

Prior to starting Ahern Sierakowski Lawyers & Advisors, Jenna has over 10-years’ experience in administration and was previously a paralegal at a boutique family law firm. During her career, Jenna has assisted colleagues in drafting court documents and preparing for trials, mediation and appeals. She has also instructed at trials concerning property, parenting and violence restraining order matters, as well as assisted with Dispute Resolution Conferences. Jenna also has experience in dealing with criminal, family law, adoptions, violence restraining orders, criminal injury compensation claims, care and protection and children’s court matters.

Jenna also recently competed as Counsel in a National Mooting Competition before retired High Court Justice Michael Kirby, where she was awarded with the “Spirit of the Moot” Award for dedication and commitment to the Spirit of the Moot. The Spirit of the Moot awards unity in difficult situations, creativity and out of the box thinking or to overcome unexpected burdens or the fostering of relations across frontiers and traditional divides.
