For 25 years we have provided advice on all building contracts and sub-contracts and on building contract and sub-contracts disputes including payment claims, disputes over variations, Construction Contract Act claims, disputes over delays in building works and claims over defective works and appearances in all courts.

Our rates and fixed prices are lower than the prices charged by many Perth Commercial law firms because we own our offices so we don't pay the exorbitant St George's Tce rent that many commercial law firms do.

For litigation, our lawyers and law clerks work closely with selected commercial barristers and we also we provide alternative fee structures including fixed fees paid by instalments.

We act for builders, developers, sub-contractors, engineers, surveyors and architects as well as owners of residential and commercial property on all building contract and payment disputes.  We advise on all Building and Construction contracts including Australian Standards and HIA contracts.

We advise clients before they sign building contracts on important terms.  We advise sub-contractors on all clauses to be wary of in the contracts provided to them by head contractors/principals.

We have successfully handled large construction disputes in all courts, in the State Administrative Tribunal ('SAT') and in the Building Disputes Tribunal for all sorts of clients including construction companies, structural steel companies, sub-contractors, developers and home owners.
