Marcus has represented AFL and WAFL football players, coaches and clubs in a range of sports law matters for 25 years including court cases, disciplinary hearings, contract negotiations and disputes and general legal advice and representation in both Western Australia and Victoria.
He has acted as Chairman of a committee of review into the operations of the West Australian Football Commission and into AFL reforms in Western Australia and advises sporting clubs on constitutions and negligence issues. He has also represented A League soccer players as well as representing clients in cricket and horse racing.
